Island platform with rounded trackside walls. There are small mosaics of Brooklyn Borough Hall in addition to the mosaic name tablet. This station is the deepest of the three Borough Hall stations and is served by escalators at the south end and elevators at the north end to the fare control and street. The elevator has front and rear doors for crowd control. There is a unique mosaic for a local church outside the fare control. The south mezzanine has connections to the IRT Borough Hall stations.
