Elder Avenue (IRT Pelham Line)

Elder Avenue Station · Opened 5/30/1920

This station is located on the downgrade from the Bronx River bridge. There are old-style signs, covered up, and an an extra exit to the mezzanine on the northbound platform. A treat here is a view of Bronx-bound trains approaching from the south crossing the bridge.
